Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026. This policy explains how Agentics Line (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our website and automation platform.
1. Who we are
Agentics Line provides a workflow automation platform for building, running, and monitoring integrations (including messaging, Google Workspace tools, AI, and custom logic).
Privacy contact: agenticsline@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account data — name, email, and authentication details when you register or sign in.
- Workspace content — workflows, node configurations, interfaces, templates, and related metadata you create.
- Credentials you connect — API keys, OAuth tokens, and service-account material you store so workflows can call third-party services. Secrets are stored encrypted at rest.
- Execution data — run status, timestamps, logs/outputs needed to operate and debug workflows.
- Usage & device data — approximate technical logs (IP, browser, pages) for security and reliability.
3. Google user data
If you connect a Google account or Google service account, we may access Google user data only as needed to provide features you configure, including:
- Google Sheets — read and write spreadsheet data for imports, exports, and workflow nodes.
- Google Docs — read and update documents used in workflows.
- Google Drive — access files required for Docs/Sheets operations you initiate.
- Gmail — read and/or send email when your workflows use Gmail nodes.
We use Google user data solely to operate your automations and related product features (for example, syncing a table interface with Sheets or sending a message your workflow defines). We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.
Agentics Line's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Agentics Line service.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts and credentials.
- Execute workflows and show run history / debugging information.
- Communicate about the product, security, or support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the platform (for example hosting, database, email, and workflow execution infrastructure), under contractual obligations to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Agentics Line and our users.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Execution logs and similar operational data may be retained for a limited period for reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize information unless we must retain it for legal or security reasons.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage of secrets, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect your credentials.
8. Your choices
- Update account details in the product settings where available.
- Disconnect Google access from your Agentics Line credentials and/or from your Google Account permissions.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.
9. International transfers
We may process data in countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
Agentics Line is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
