Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Agentics Line regarding use of our website, application, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Agentics Line is a workflow automation platform that lets you design, run, and monitor integrations and automations (including messaging, Google services, AI providers, HTTP APIs, and custom code nodes). Features may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at agenticsline@gmail.com.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights (including privacy and intellectual property).
• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or others’ data.
• Send spam, malware, or unlawful content through workflows or messaging nodes.
• Resell or misuse the Service in a way that harms Agentics Line or other users.
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or billing mechanisms.

You are solely responsible for the workflows you build, the data they process, and the third-party accounts you connect.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in the Service (workflows, configurations, interface data, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Credentials and API keys you store remain your responsibility. You must ensure you have rights to connect third-party services and that your use complies with those providers’ terms (including Google).

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example Google, OpenRouter, messaging providers, and hosting/execution vendors). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions taken through credentials you authorize.

Agentics Line and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited rights needed to use the Service, no IP rights are granted to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that workflows will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific business requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTICS LINE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF NONE, ONE HUNDRED USD).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
